Former Environment Minister Lefter Coca has been cuffed this Tuesday following the order issued by SPAK.
He is accused of corruption, abuse of office and cleaning of criminal products.
The head has been the LSI deputy, but it broke off this party when it handed over its mandates and joined the Socialist Party.
The former minister is accused by the opposition as involved in the intensive relatives, Top Channel writes.
The LSI's report to Fieri's Intenserator says that Leftter Coca, former Environment Ministry Secretary General Alqi Blako and Mayor Fier Armando Subbashi have committed two criminal acts of “Entering equality in tenders” and “Using Task”.
According to the LSI in this tender, there have been competition restrictions, the site where the incestant would be built, as well as three days after signing the contract has changed one of the members of the union of service bidders.
On September 1st, nine days before the launch of the new parliamentary session, Coca announced the handover of the mandate won in the ranks of the Socialist Party.
