Shala said that at last, the government has begun to reflect, and according to him, is trying to turn the legality of its actions into a response to the country's energy crisis.
“Unfortunately, all decisions, transactions and imports in this crisis period have been carried out illegally”, Shala wrote in his Facebook account.
Furthermore, he said the government made the decision to declare the state of emergency with legislation in effect after raising their concerns and proposals.
This testifies to what we've raised as a matter and concern, for the government's inability to face difficulties”, Shala has said.
