Processorbal from date 03.12.2021
On the date 03.12.2021, representatives of the union civil service associations at the central level of the Republic of Kosovo are expected from the office of Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo. Albin Kurti was through social dialogue to give you epilogue all issues that are vital to civil servants.
The meeting agreed to include representatives of union associations regarding the Law for Public Officials (LZP) and the Law for Salaries. They are vital laws for the public sector and cannot be prosecuted just to fill a legislative agenda. Procedure further in the form of the draft law on public officials violates the integrity of the civil service, and the Law on the Salaries also has inadequate non-treatment in terms of cofficients, rankings and the assignment of the different pay for the same job.
All suggestions, remarks the proposals will be addressed in detail at a meeting with the working group by the representative of the union associations of civil service at the central level of the Republic of Kosovo.
The rise in wages parallel to economic growth and the status of civil servants in the institution where they were recruited were part of the discussion. Several models were discussed as opportunities for the increase in wages of civil servants, but this remains to clear up at the next meeting with the Minister of Finance, Labour and Transfers, that is, along with economic growth, wages for next year.
So these recommendations came from the meeting
- The involvement in the working group in the draft Law for Public Officials (LZP) before proceedings for approval in Government (representative by civil servants union Ali Sefaj)
- Joining the working group in the draft Committee for Salaries (representing by civil servants union Arlinda Bajray)
