In a written decision, the judge said the only threat to Hayan and the children comes from Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid al-Maktoum, who also serves as prime minister of the United Arab Emirates, reports The Guardian, term Periscopi.
Haya had fled to Britain in April 2019 with her two children, follows Periscope.
Since then, a series of hearing sessions have been held, and the cost of judgment has reached 70 million pounds.
