A week ago, on December 11th, the Parliament met behind firms that assured former Prime Minister Sali Berisha.
The Parliament's Technical Secretariat suggested that 4,934 delegates attended the meeting held at the “Air Albania<x1).
Of these voted 4,491, where 4,446 votes were in favour of the dismissal of Lulzim Basha as head of the party, while 36 votes were against and another 9 invalid.

At the December 18th meeting, the head of the National Assembly Commission, Jemin Gjana, said the participants were 5,004 delegates.
There is still no result from voter turnout, but Gjana said that the names of participants would be made public on December 19th.
The Democratic Party's National Parliament under DP status is the party's highest decision-making body.
There are 7,646 delegates in the composition, including members of the National Council, members of the Headship, MPs, members of branch leaderships, directors of the PD sections, etc.
The DP Assembly as a rule meets every four years, but it could propose meetings by the party chairman, or with signatures of 1,084 of its delegates, or 1,084 party members' firms.
The main components of the Parliament are the adoption of the statute and its changes, the adoption of the programme, the election of members of the National Council, and the dismissal of the president with a majority vote of no-confidence motion.
In contrast, the Assembly called by Berisha would suffice for the vote of 3824 delegates for Basha's dismissal as party chairman.
The reported figures for participation in the two countries called by Berisha and Basha exceed the total number of delegates.
The only option in this situation is for a considerable number of delegates to have participated in the two Kuvendes.
With strong rhetoric against each other, such an option is very unlikely to have actually happened.
Both camps have questioned figures published by the opponent within the party.
To verify the veracity of participation in the two Kuvende there is no commission on partisans, and a puzzle will likely remain forever.
Berisha has handed over to the court the signatures of the participating delegates, the court will give him the right or not to change the Statut, and there is very little chance of verifying delegates.
