“Republic of Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani, following her address in the Kosovo Assembly, where he said, among other things, that: acceptance of the mortorium in Washington has violated Kosovo's constitutional order.
It would have to take the only constitutional step left, resign from the country's president and join the LVV” political party, he has said.
By contrast, President Osmani has said today in her speech in the Assembly that the acceptance of the mortorium in Washington, where Kosovo had agreed not to lobbi for new recognitions and membership in international organisations has violated the country's constitutional order.
Kosovo has new and old friends and allies on all continents, who are steadfast in supporting us on our right path to being full-fledged and equal members in the international community. All of this has happened despite an extremely challenging start. By applying an external policy completely out of order in the past, and unfortunately, to accept even the mortorium that violated our constitutional order and the right to consolidation for our international subjectivity, not only were our strategic interests damaged, but it was once the lights of our foreign policy. Now, not only are these lights turned on but it is being worked hard to get Kosovo back together and move forward the way our citizens deserve, Osmani underlined in her speech.
