The judge of the preliminary procedure has approved the motion of the state prosecutor's request for the detention action against the 31 defendants as based, and the same has been assigned the length of the detention period of a (1) month for each separately, in line with Article 187 paragraph 1 under paragraph 1.1 of 1.2.1, 1.2.2 and 1.23.3 The KPP, due to alleged allegations that defendants committed alleged criminal acts as high.
