According to the announcement this trial will begin today from 09:30 until 4: 00 p.m.
Haradinaj's shell is accused of obstructing official persons in performing official duties, fearing witnesses, revenge and violating the secret of the procedure.
In the indictment, it is said that between April and September 2020, Hysni Gucati and Nasim Haradinaj made abusive statements to witnesses who co-operate with the SPS, and to others, calling them among others, liars, collaborators and traitors.
The indictment says that “This behavior clearly shows their intention and motive to damage and prevent the DHS” procedures.
“Based on the facts presented in paragraphs 4-22, Hysni Gucati and Nasim Haradinaj bear individual criminal responsibility for each of the criminal acts “Pegim of official persons in performing official tasks”, “Friscation during criminal procedure”, “Hacreming”, “Step into the secret of the procedure”. As described in paragraphs 45-46, they had the knowledge and intention needed for each of the criminal acts”, the indictment said.
