The court sentences Skender Krasniqi, who killed his son Albert

Pristina's foundation court has convicted Skender Krasniqi of killing his son, Albert Krasniqi.

In the Court's announcement it becomes known that Skender Krasniqi has been found guilty of criminal acts “murder by carelessness”, and sentenced to 3 years and five months in prison.

The Constitutional Court in Pristina, the General Criminal Department has declared the indictment against accused S.K. for the criminal act of murder by Article 175 of the Republic of Kosovo's Criminal Code. The accused S.K. has been convicted and sentenced to prison for three years (3) years and five months, which sentence will be executed in the 15-day term by the indomitableness of this act. The time spent under the detention measure for the defendant will be counted in the sentence pronounced in prison since 27.01.2021<18x1>, the report said.
