Court of Appeals decided in Serbia: The term "Yipptar" is not insulting

Albanian National Council Chairman Ragmi Mustaf has published the indictment, saying even this court has legalised the insulting term “Shiptar” and institutionalized hate language. He has, however, warned that he will take the case to the Constitutional Court.
Mustaf has said he has been in the battle for justice against Voulin since June 2019. Interior Minister he has called it a synonym of Albania.
Mustaf has called on internationals to react to Serbia and prevent hate speech. According to him, the minister's “freed Voulin from charges of hate speech, intolerance and discrimination, dealt with, discrimination, xenophobia and racism against Albanians living in the Republic of Serbia and elsewhere”.
“Beyond indictment, beyond what Mr. Alexander Vollin of beyond the current anti-Albanian disk, the right is with the truth and the truth is in our right. Mustaf has warned that the process will be sent after the Constitution to the European Court of Human Rights.
