Former Constitutional Judge Bringing Down Government Hoti becomes Vjosa Osman adviser

Former Constitutional Court Judge Bekim Sejdiu has recently joined President Vjosa Osmani's cabinet as foreign adviser. Sejdiu had been the constitutionally reporting judge for former President Eem Arifi's vote for the formation of the Hoti Government, which was unanimously voted in non-religious, to take the country to the 14th elections. Former Constitutional Court Judge Bekim Sejdiu, as a rapporteur in the draft for “the constitutional constitution of participation and voting” of MP Etem Arifi at the June 3rd 2020 session of the government's vote, had taken about three months to convince other Constitutional judges to participate in the vote.
This, after Sejdiu had read his reasoning, had resulted in the request of the deputies of the Vetevendosje Movement, who had sent former delegation Etem Arifi's vote to the Constitutional Court.
On December 21, 2020, all judges of the Constitutional Court had unanimously voted his agreement that the Kosovo government led by Avdullah Hoti had been elected unconstitutionally. Bringing the country into the February 14th 2021 elections, out of which came over 50% of electoral support -- the country's Albin Kurti prime minister -- and Vjosa Osmani sixth president of the Republic of Kosovo. And in the cabinet of the latter for weeks, he has been engaged as foreign adviser and the self-pro reporting judge of the subject that brought down Government Hoti, Bekim Sejdiu, reports Online Reporter.net.
Sejdiu has already started the work of the presidency's foreign adviser, Online Reporter.net's sources have said. Contacted to get more information about when his commitment to Vjosa Osmani started by the Presidency on Friday has shown no willingness to talk about the paper.
Also contacted by Reporter Online.net, Nor Bekim Sejdiu has responded to phone calls.
Sejdiu, who in the past served as ambassador to the Republic of Kosovo in the Republic of Turkey (2008-2012) and the General Consul of the Republic of Kosovo in New York (2012-2014), by April 2015, was appointed as judge at the Constitutional Court.
His commitment to the Constitutional Court ended him in May this year, resigning after failing to elect the Constitutional chairman.
Although he has begun his new job, his name has not yet been published on the official page of the Presidency, along with the rest of Vjosa Osman's cabinet and political advisers. However, although his involvement in the Presidency has so far not been made public, Bekim Sejdiu's presence in President Osmani's cabinet has been observed in only a few photos of the recent meetings of the chief of state, where he sat down on its staff at meetings.
