Apeli's announcement is said to be groundless the complaint of protecting the accused for rejecting the indictment filed by the Pristina Foundation Court.
Under the Supreme Constitutional Court's decision in Pristina, the requirements for dropping the indictment and rejecting evidence exercised by defendants have been denied as groundless. Defendants D.H., F.M., D.S., C. and N.O. Each alone is accused of misusing the official position or authority by Article 414, paragraph 2. About Article 71, paragraph 1. KPRK”, said in notification.
