These lights are not forbidden to be used by informals. It is used by our police officials, or even rulers like Prime Minister Albin Kurti.
But a citizen without a public position seems to have loved these rotary lights and put them on the front of his car, follows Periscope.
This police action happened today in Pec.

As a result of police action by Peja, it has been identified and punished for the person who, contrary to the law, had used rotary light with red and blue during driving the vehicle. His identification was made through social networks, as the person published a video recording.
Traffic unit (NJRKRR) has been submitted fines, and the subject has been processed to the competent Court.
