What Chrisopher Hill will bring to the Balkans as American ambassador to Belgrade

Hill itself has issued statements regarding the situation in the Western Balkans, especially in Bosnia and Herzegovina, translates N1 from Reuters, Periscope broadcast.

“Christopher Hill is bringing the stick and carrot to Serbia, say foreign policy commentators for N1.
