After several hours surrounded by police tape, the Bus Ation in Pristina has been released for circulation. This information has been confirmed by the T7 team that has been at the scene since receiving information that it was suspected of a bomb.
Sources within the bus station said the bomb alarm has been direct information.
Meanwhile, police after receiving this information have evacuated all workers and citizens who were staying at the station during that time.
Kosovo police announced they have accepted an anonymous phone call through which one person has claimed to have deployed explosive devices at the Bus station in Pristina. Police have indicated that once they receive the call, they have undertaken all security measures in the area and evacuated citizens.
While the Ferizaj-Pristina bus driver has told T7 that once back at the station, police have asked them to leave the buses and get out.
He says they haven't been given any reason for that, but they realize he's being suspected of explosive devices.
So he showed that the travelers were in panic.
I'm a Ferizaj-Pristina driver. When we got back, the police told us to leave the buses and get out without telling us why. But now we're seeing it's suspected of explosives. Travelers are panicking, not exactly”, he added.
Kosovo police have not confirmed yet whether there are any detainees in this case.
