Public broadcaster, The NHK, said police are investigating the possibility that the fire was deliberately launched, the BBC writes, records Gazeta Express.
Local media said the victims have suffered <x0) cardiopulmonary arrest”, a term often used in preliminary reports before the official death is confirmed.
Smoke - made glass is seen as dozens of firemen put out the fire on the fourth floor of the building. It seems that all those believed to be dead were in a clinic when the fire occurred.
The building that was involved in the fire is located in a trading and entertainment district in Osaka.
In 2019, Japan marked one of the worst mass incidents since World War II after a man set a film studio on Kyoto, killing 36 people.
