The fourth chapter group, the Green Age and Sustainable Freedom, includes four chapters of Transport Policy, Energy, Trans-European Networks and Environment and Climate Change.

Prime Minister Ana Brnabiq has talked to European Commissioner for Enlargement and Neighbor Oliver Warelj this morning in Brussels.

The Intergovernmental Conference has been led by the Secretary of State of the Slovenian Presidency of the EU Council, Gasper Downzan, and senior officials of EU and Serbian member states participated, writes N1.

Earlier it has been known that political guidelines for continuing negotiations will be exchanged at the 13th Intergovernmental Conference.

It was also said that Slovenia, in the quality of the chairmanship of the EU Council, is making the greatest effort to give a new impetus to the Union enlargement process.

The decision to open the fourth group in negotiations with Serbia was confirmed on 8 December at a regular meeting of permanent representatives of EU member states in Brussels (COREPER). Serbia's Minister for European Integration Jadranka Joksimovic said that, then, with the opening of this group, Serbia will have an additional opportunity to apply for all projects in the field of environmental protection, biodiversity renovation, improved air, water and land quality, the surrounding economy
