The UN “continues to contribute to the Kosovo Force (KFOR), led by NATO in co-operation with local authorities, bilateral partners and international institutions, to prevent the growth of hostilities in Kosovo. Approximately 561 military members of the United States are among about 4,000 KFOR members”, it says.
