Berisha: Kurti recognises Constitutional Decision for Association but Not for Decani Monastery

Berisha has cited two “of the prime minister's terrible counterword”, which, according to her, Kurti knows the Constitutional decision for Association, but not for the Decani Monastery as well, Pryscopy follows.
