Among other municipalities, Zvonko Veselinovic and his brother Zarko Jovan Veselinovic have had agreements with politicians to help their parties win the elections, and in exchange politicians would guarantee the Veselinovic brothers control of some businesses in several regions. One of the sanctioned is Milan Radojqik. \Radojqiq is known for a yacht meeting with Kosovo politician Behgjet Pacolli. A photo that was circulated in 2017 featured Radojqiqi and Pacolli, as well as Serbian List Chairman Goran Rakic.
The exclusive photo was first distributed by the Serbian medium, KRIK. At that world, Pacolli was Kosovo's top diplomat.
