Kosovo teachers' chief executive, Nundman Jasharaj, says Prime Minister Albin Kurti appears to be not attentive to the demands of this Union.
“Prime Minister Kurti never seemed to be paying attention to our” meetings, Jasharaj told Periscope.
In our meetings, public statements we've always sounded the alarm that education in Kosovo, politics has spoken with big words, how many times have I mentioned that my employees still work with foam and soles, and we've asked for the state to share tools. Tens of times I mentioned that our schools from abroad look beautiful but within you lack tools for the 21-8x1>, Jasharaj said.
In schools where there are internet, the internet is only in the director's office, there are these in the cabinets, but computers are old and they lack connection. At the time of the pandemic, we received an assignment to care for school conditions to have hygienic tools, and we took up this task of conveying the situation. We've always looked for better tools of work”, Jasharaj said.
We have constantly raised our voices for better tools, we with foam and soles, and the region with projectors and laptops”, Jasharaj said in addition.
We remember that unions in Kosovo are facing a fierce verbal war with the Government of Kosovo, following their warnings (Health, Education, Private Sector) for general strikes in the coming months./Periscopi
