One such call has made the Kosovo Tax Administration, saying it will focus on identifying and treating persons who create revenue from digital currencies. On the contrary, tax evaders will be punished.
This post of ATK has a little bit distracted the cryptovaluta.
You don't know krypovaluta, and now ATK is coming out, which says you have to pay taxes for cryptovatluta, that I don't understand”, says Granit Cadolli, investor in digital currency.
Kadolli adds that, in the absence of a special regulation, they will be forced to pay taxes more than in other states. According to him, the state has so far harmed people in this area.
“are not interested in paying 10%. The state itself has enabled most of them to sell on the black market because they cannot extract money from krypovalutes to creditcardella because of ban by commercial banks in Kosovo”, he says.
That ATK's call is unclear, says economics professor Albulen Kastrati. According to her, at first the cryptovalutes would have to be classified by law.
“A will be treated as categories, as financial tools, such as goods, is it only for non-aphars, businesspeople or even legal persons, so we have no legal basis for this”, says Kastrati for Klan Kosova.
There is already an initiative by the parliamentary Commission for Economics, for the establishment of a Kristo peace law, but that has not yet started its draft.
According to television information, the Assembly is also waiting to engage foreign experts in lawmaking, which is a very specific area.
