The session will begin with the usual point -- statements outside the agenda -- to follow up with parliamentary questions.

Review of Bill No. 08/L-073 for ratification of the exchange of diplomatic notation on grants offered in grant form under the 1961 Foreign Assistance Act and the Act for Arms Control between the Republic of Kosovo and the United States will be next, while then the Bill No. 08/L-068 for ratification of “1 of the Financial Agreement for IPA 2016 between the Republic of Kosovo and the European Union”, as well as Bill No.08/ L-069 for ratification of the agreement between the Republic of Kosovo, represented by the Ministry of Finance, Labour and Transfers and the Swiss Government, represented by the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs through the Swiss Development Agency and Co-operation on the Integrated Water Resources Management programme in Kosovo.

The hearing will follow with the first review of four bills: The draft law on changing and fulfilling the Law for Official Festivals in the Republic of Kosovo, the Bill on Strong Alcohol Drinks, the Bill on Change and Fulfilling of the Waste Law, and the Bill on Agriculture and Rural Development.

For the second time, meanwhile, the draft bill for sending Kosovo Security Force abroad is expected to be considered.

Reviewing the Pension Savings Fund's request for the adoption of annual taxes for 2022 will be the next starting point in the agenda to proceed with a review of the 2020 Central Election Commission annual report.

The session is expected to end with parliamentary debate about salaries in the public sector.
