With complete unanimousness, they adopted the Bill for ratification of Financial Agreement Amendment 1 for The IPA 2016 with the European Union and the Bill for ratification of the agreement with the Swiss Government for integrated management of water resources in Kosovo.
During the session, Finance, Labour and Transference Minister Hekuran Murati has declared that through this institution, the extension of the deadline and execution of projects which the country may not complete in time due to COVID-19.
While, in terms of water resources management, he said that under the Swiss agreement, it would provide 18.9m euros.
The Agreement envisions the development of a programme which ensures the creation of an integrated funcional framework for protection, sustainable exploitation and distribution of water resources to consumers in Kosovo. This programme is expected to take place in three phases in the period 2021-2031”, he added.
