“In the case, even a Kosovo male suspect has been identified and arrested. At the prosecutor's decision, after interviewing the suspect has been sent to the maintaining”, the report said in the 24-hour Kosovo Police report.
On December 3rd, under the Special Prosecutor's Order, Kosovo Police have arrested 31 persons suspected of dealing with subsidies, 12 of them officials of different positions from municipalities and regional offices of the Agriculture Development Agency and the APK regional office.
The Kosovo Police Action has been held in eight municipalities in the country -- Peja, Istog, Ferizaj, Lipjan, Pristina, Klokot, Vushtrri and Podujevo.
The detained persons allegedly committed criminal acts “Taking the bribe”, “Use official position or authority”, “Misc>, ”, “Subventional Practice, as well as “falsification of documents<8>.
Also, during the legal terms the Special Prosecutor will apply for the appointment of the detention measure of persons who have been banned from today's action.
Similar event for “Subventions 2021” was also in February and June, where dozens of state officials had been arrested, some of which were assigned detention measures.
