“After an investigative work dated 17.12.2021 were arrested two Kosovo male suspects after they had kidnapped and mistreated the Kosovo male victim. The victim's phone has found video recordings of the victim being mistreated, said the PC report.
The case has been consulted by the state prosecutor, whose decision the suspects have been sent to keep, and the case continues to be investigated.
