Analyst Haliti for rule of law index: Kosovo 6 places worse than last year

According to Halit, the Kurti Government, including ministers who run key ministries dealing with rule of law “have no right to lie to their success in increasing Kosovo in the World Justice Project ( W JP) for 2021” Periscope.

“On a global scale, Kosovo this year under Kurti's governance is at 60th or 6 countries lower than it was in last year when Kosovo saw Kurti is at 54th position”, Haliti said.

He stressed, among other things, that Kosovo with the governance Kurti has slipped into four factors in which it says:

• The fact 3 of the WJP Law Rule Index measuring the degree of CECE determined by the degree in which a government shares information empowers people by means of maintaining the government responsible and promotes citizens' participation in public policy discussions. This factor measures whether basic laws and information on legal rights are published and values the quality of information published by the government.

• Sector 4 of the WJP Law Rule Index acknowledging that a positive law system that fails to respect DREJTAT THE end of the human established by international law is in the best case “rule by law” and does not deserve to be called the rule of law system. Because there are many other indicators that deal with human rights and because it would be impossible for the Index to assess respect for all the range of rights, this factor focuses on a relatively modest menu of rights that are firmly established under the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights and are more related to the concerns of rule of law.

• Current 5 of the WJP Law Rule Index for RENDIN and SIGURY, which measures how well a society provides the security of persons and property. Security is one of the determining aspects of every law - rule society and is a fundamental function of the State. It is also a prerequisite for realising rights and freedoms for the rule of law to advance.

• Sector 8 of the WJP Law Rule Index that evaluates the system of GREAT PENAL in a country. An effective criminal law system is a key aspect of the rule of law, as it constitutes the conventional mechanism to correct complaints and take action against individuals for criminal acts against society. The assessment of criminal law takes into account the entire system, including police, lawyers, prosecutors, judges and prison officers.

Therefore, for all who have curiosity and interest, it is best not to waste the lies of the Sveckle couple and others by the Kurti government, but to read the report on what it really says.
