The American Embassy answers Osman: We'll continue to implement Washington's vows

From the U.S. Embassy in Pristina, they have suggested they will work with Kosovo and Serbia to implement the pledges these two states have given when they signed the Washington Agreement at the White House Oval Office. Americans have said so to the newspaper after they have been asked about [...] the statement.
Americans have said so to the newspaper after being asked about today's statement by the president of the Republic of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, about the 15th point of the Washington Agreement, which concerns the one-year-old provision between Kosovo and Serbia, and for which point President Osmani has declared that when Kosovo has been accepted, the constitutional order of Kosovo has been violated.
The US “United States stands ready to support the work ahead of an inclusive and legally binding agreement between Kosovo and Serbia, which at the centre would have mutual recognition, which would lay the foundation for a stable co-operation and future. We support the EU-mediated dialogue and encourage the parties to return to this process with a sense of urgency to address both technical and political issues. We will work with Serbia and Kosovo to implement their Washington commitments in support of the goal of full normalisation”, a US Embassy spokesman in Pristina for Gazette Express has said.
Osmani has said today that accepting such a clause of agreement from Kosovo was a violation of the Constitutional Order of the Republic of Kosovo.
Kosovo has new and old friends and allies on all continents, who are steadfast in supporting us on our straight path to full and equal-fledged members in the international community. All of this has happened despite an extremely challenging start. By applying an external policy entirely after having settled in the past, and unfortunately by accepting the moratorium that violated our constitutional order and the right to consolidate our international subjectivity, not only were our strategic interests damaged, but it was once the lights of our foreign policy. Not only are these lights lit but it is being worked out in order for Kosovo to turn around and move forward the way our citizens deserve, Osmani president has said at addressing Friday in the Assembly.
With the signing of the Washington Agreement at the White House, Kosovo was hired for a 1-year-old mortorium not to lobbi for new recognition and membership in international organisations until Serbia was hired to stop the aggressive campaign against Kosovo.
So said at the 15th point of Washington's deal.
“Kosovo will agree to implement a one-year rhetoric that pauses research for membership to the International Organisations. Serbia will accept a one-year rhetoric for halting its accession campaign and will refrain from seeking any state or international organisation not to recognise Kosovo as an independent state. Both agreements to resign will immediately enter into force”, said at the 15th point.
