In the photo posted in “Twitter”, this embassy has written that it does not plan a decision for cases defined so far by the 7031 Law.
In case you're curious: The number of definitions of law of 7031 (c) is over 200. The number of decisions returned is 0. The number of pardons being prepared for persons defined as corrupt is 0”, said in the embassy post, suggesting that the decision for all persons on the list is unchanged, including Sali Berisha.
In a response to the “The Voice of America”, DASchit spokesman Ned Price, has said that “Washington is concerned by unjustified attacks against the ambassador.
“Sic has directed Washington, Ambassador Kim has clearly explained and applied the policies of the United States, including President Biden's determination to hold those involved in corruption responsible, or undermine democracy”, Price has said.
We remember that Berisha has indicted US Secretary of State Antony Blinken's decision in a Paris court, praising the decision as unbased in fact and evidence.
