Pantina, through a post at '%Facebook', ironised with the government, saying the latter has not announced that reductions 8-2 are in favour of darkness.
She has welcomed the diaspora and has invited them to continue loving Kosovo yet.
We were told that the belt reductions are 8 to 2 but did not show that 8 hours were about the darkness of 2 per turn.
Dear diaspora, welcome to Kosovo that you loved, still love it!
