An indictment has been filed against Kosovo that joined I SIS.
The K.D., as the Special Prosecutor deliberately announced, had participated in the activity of the terrorist organisation.
“Special Prosecutor announces public opinion that the high-ranking defendant has deliberately participated in the activities of the terrorist organisation, in a way that his wife has been attached to terrorist organisation's militant warriors. The Islamic State of Iraq and the Shamm, actively participating in the activities of this organization as sniper coach. The defendant K.D. was subsequently arrested and imprisoned by the Syrian Democratic Forces, while on July 17th 2021, has been organised to Kosovo”, the Special Prosecutor's Community said.
With these actions the defendant committed criminal work “Organising and participation in terrorist group” by Article 143 paragraph 2 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code.
