This occurred as a verbal clash between MP Blerta Deliu and Minister Albulen Haxhiu. But to Minister Haxhiu, they have reacted to the vocabulary they use, both criminal and other opposition parties ( LDK and AAK).
At the moment that chief speaker Glauk Konjufca has announced the pause, an MP is heard whistling.
