The Witness points out the reason why her grandchildren killed her uncle's son in Lipjan

The Witness Oluri then said she had seen that about 4 meters close now to the late F.K. had been the accused, Recica, who said she had told them “what you did, God took you”, and that accused Bucky Recica had shot her with concrete bone.

In the prosecutor's questions, witness Shaban Recica has now declared that the late F.K had threatened to kill his son, now accused Bali Recica.

Regarding the critical day, witness Shaban Recica has declared he was out to buy something, and when he was back he had seen his sons, now accused, injured by riding on his car.

In contrast, according to the indictment filed on January 29th 2021 by Pristina Constitutional Pristina Prosecutors Bali and Baki Recica are charged that on September 7th 2019, on the “Loss Prizreni”, in Lipjan, in front of the home of the late F.K and the home of accused Recica, had now been deprived of life of the late F. K, who had uncle's son.

The indictment states that after their cousin, witness Muhamet Recica, while working for the accused, had gone to throw the concrete trash cart near the now home of the late F. As stated in the indictment, the late F. K, had reacted to the stumbling block, and then indictees Recica intended to deprive him of his life and first hit him with screwdriver twice in the chest, where now the late F.K, in self-guards he took a metal rod from the ground and hit the accused Bali with it, while the accused Bali stabbed him in the heart, while the accused Bucki struck him with a rod behind his head, where he had been sent to QKUUKU, where the same day he changed.

For these actions, the prosecution is charging accused Recica that, in co-ordination, “serious murder, by Article 173, points 1.3 about Article 31, Penal Code, while accused Bali Recica is also charging him with possession without permission because of the knife the accused had used in this case.
