Visit to The Hague, Nat Hasani Shows What He Speaking to Former KLA Directors

Former Kosovo Ambassador to Albania and one of the KLA founders, Nat Hasani, has visited Hashim Thaci, Kadri Veselini, Jakup Krasniqi and Rexhep Selimin, who happened in custody at The Hague. Hasan in a long writing has told of the conversation he has held with former KLA leaders.

He has said they are standing unjustly in The Hague and without the care of Kosovo institutions.

Our detained “, heads of the state of Kosovo in The Hague prison cells, are staying without a care from state institutions that have created this court and civil society”, Hasani has written.

Hasan's complete scripture:

Heroes of War and Peace!

War and peace heroes are Hashim Thaci, Jakup Krasniqi, Kadri Veselini, and Rexhep Selimi, who today face the Special Court.

At Scheveningen Prison today and yesterday I met my friends, my fellow fighters, the soldiers of the Kosovo Liberation Army, the heroes of war and peace. They were met there in prison hearths, with a feeling, in return in time, and in my suffering in Serbian prisons.

I met them there with a feeling of homesickness and love, with a sense of respect and pride, with a unique, manly resistance to our historical sacrifice.

They stand there on charges fabricated by a political and fraudulent Dick Marty report on organ trafficking, with which the report passed at the European Parliamentary Assembly, where and the Special Court was founded by the extraordinary pressure of the international factor as a political goal to whitewash the forged Serbian evidence for organ trafficking in this court.

But these boys were taken and detained in The Hague prison and admitted an indictment. In which no paragraph is said and written for organ trafficking of that famous Dick Marty report.

There, however, are factories of Serbian prosecution's charges against the Kosovo Liberation Army.

And the most terrible is that the charges Serbia had imposed on us, the union for hostile activity and terrorism had already replaced it with the terminology to fight the entire Kosovo Liberation Army with the famous label of Joint Crime Company. On this group of charges, the Special Court has admitted by Serbia's prosecution, charges fabricated by the judgments of Albanian prisoners in prisons in Serbia during 1998-1999.

On these charges special courts have filed charges for Joint Criminal Enterprises against the Kosovo Liberation Army. It includes the KLA General Staff, KLA Areas, KLA Brigades, KLA soldiers and everything related to the KLA.

With this special prosecutor, there has been no criminal outcry against KLA individuals, as stated, but against The KLA and values created by the popular struggle for freedom, liberation and independent state.

Today, this offensive war of Serbia tries to undermine our living and historical values for freedom, this war there in this special court is not against Hashim Thaci and others, but against our right to freedom and state, against our allies in our common struggle for release from centuries-old Serb colonial oppression.

No possession available.

In this battle in this court they do not face themselves, they face Serbian fraud, slander and charges, for the KLA, as a joint criminal enterprise.

This battle must be reacted as a nation in protecting our national and liberation values of soldiers fallen on the battlefield for freedom of state, since we have not committed crimes in our history at all against any national nation or minority. Therefore, we must react as a single body to protect our freedom from this monstrous charge as a joint criminal enterprise described by the Serbian prosecution and approved by the special court's prosecution against it. KLA.

This is where the whole thing is charged. The KLA by this Special Court prosecutor, just as he described them in the prosecution's paragraphs, is being attacked and accused of all the lyrical people who for a century fought for freedom and national liberation.

On visiting them in the prison cell, I saw the stability in defending the values created by blood for our freedom throughout our geographic space, where they gave their lives to hundreds of martyrs for freedom with the KLA and each expressed innocence on charges brought by the Special Court prosecution.

There in the conversation we said we could be killed at any time in the war, in those challenges we've been through during the war, and be the martyrs of our homeland, but today they're facing injustice and slander, fraud and lies. But after all, they are aware of this challenge and will overcome it and be triumphant in this historic battle for the nation, for the state, for our freedom and will come out stronger.

No possession available.

I saw in the words of each one of them our freedom, which we enjoy today, in the souls of those who fought against us, but also of those who fought against us, and of those who worshipped and supported us.

These guys, these battles, we have our country today. Of these boys and these centuries-old wars of our history carried out with the Kosovo Liberation Army, today I have the independence of the state of Kosovo based on our fair fight by international, American and European Union allies and other democratic states.

These rescuers are standing today a year behind prison bars at The Hague, of the Special Court created by the Kosovo Assembly, to defend and once again on the battlefield of justice our right to freedom and independence.

Our independence is legal and inevitability, it now and with the International Court of Justice's decision in The Hague on the legitimacy of Kosovo's independence.

Our detainees, Kosovo head of state in The Hague prison cells, are standing without a care from state institutions that have created this court and civil society.

They were violated by constitutional and legal rights in their fair protection. We have created the court, but I don't need to be afraid of the prosecution of this court to defend our war. But we, as institutions and civil society, must take care of the protection from their rights violations by the Special Court prosecution.

As a state, do we have state-run institutions of human rights protection and prisoners, where is Oda of Lawyers who didn't raise their voices against the offenses you were made in court by the prosecution?

Where is the justice ministry that despite political resentment has a legal obligation to care for the protection of the integrity of prisoners?

Do we have Kosovo Assembly, and law commissions that protect legitimacy and care in the protection and respect of laws?
Do we have an academic academy that would, with their knowledge, stand up for our war or are they closing like a bear in a cave?

Do we have the Institute of History or other institutes that testify to our autochthonic history and Serbian genocide in centuries against the Albanian people on ethnic soil?

We have Government and Presidencys, Assembly and MPs and commissions that care for their citizens who are in the Special Court and in defense of the legality of the Constitution and the values of our war and freedom.

All those who are sitting on the couches of Kosovo state institutions should know that without our war and the Kosovo Liberation Army, they would be the streets of the world without a mark or a mole.

So you don't commit violations if you're interested in legitimacy, you don't commit violations if you take care of human rights protection, you don't commit violations if you take care to provide fair judgment with facts and not slander, you don't violate the concept of the Joint Criminal Enterprise.

You should all know, big and small, intellectuals and students, students and teachers, farmers and farmers that this charge accuses us as a people, as a nation in the Joint Criminal Enterprises. While our country is silent, it does well.

Of course, you remember in the Kosovo Assembly back then in 1987, then Beftman Morina herself declared that some 700,000 Albanians have gone through UDB's hands in various treatments. While the UDB called us criminal groups, groups for hostile activity, terrorism, etc.

Also already, Serbia, with its influence through various slanders and journalistic statements along with the prosecutor, has filed criminal speculation as the Joint Criminal Company against the Kosovo Liberation Army.

Along with them and all the people and I are the joint popular liberation venture against Serbia.

No possession available.

Today more than ever, those who love the homeland and freedom of Kosovo must all gather together, civil institutions and civil society and international allies in protecting our fair war and the values of the Kosovo Liberation Army and its people, created with centuries-old and blood labors and generations of our parents and grandparents for freedom and state.

At The Hague today our right as a nation is protected by our war for freedom created by the KLA.

I believe in the innocence of my friends, the president of Kosovo. Hashim Thaci, Mr. Thaci. Mr. Jakup Krasniqi. Kadri Vessel, Mr. Rexhep Selimi and others being held in The Hague prison.

Freedom has a name, Kosovo Liberation Army!

Kosovo awaits you, fellow fighters!

White-page, liberation and statesman!
