Violence against women, 50-year-old Ferizaj arrested

In a police media communiqué for the Ferizaj region, it becomes known that the event occurred at around 9:00 last night, when police have accepted information, that it is a case of domestic violence in one of the city's neighbourhoods.

In this regard, police have taken the necessary action and has immediately appeared at the scene and arrested the suspected person with the initials of the 50-year-old, who had exercised physical and psychic violence against his wife. The same is why she accepted medical treatment at the Ferizaj Emergency Centre.

At the prosecutor's decision, the suspected person has been sent to holding for 48 hours, for further investigation procedures.
