US urges all Constitutional decisions to be implemented immediately

US Deputy Prosecutor General and Adviser for International Affairs in the Department of Justice Bruce Swartz has told Constitutional Court President Gresa Caka-Niman, which is the time to implement all decisions of the Constitutional Court of Kosovo and to fulfill the Dutch seats in the Court.

The head of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo, Gresa Caka Nimani, remained for a several-day official visit to the United States.

She met in Washington with US Deputy Prosecutor General and Councillor for International Affairs at the Department of Justice Bruce Swartz.

Caka é Nimani reported Swartz due to achievements and challenges in constitutional court. The two ongoing sides exchanged their views regarding the most effective mechanisms for strengthening rule of law in the Republic of Kosovo and the importance of consolidating rule of law in any democratic country.

The American Embassy in Kosovo wrote about this meeting, where it said:” Independent institutions of Kosovo's justice are critical to its democracy. It is time for all decisions of the Constitutional Court of Kosovo to be implemented and the vacint seats fulfilled at the” Court.
