In the trial against Gucat and Haradinaj, who began on 7 October 2021, two witnesses have so far completed their testimony, while today 4 November the third witness will be heard who will answer the defence questions of former OVL-KLA officials.
The third witness from the SPS is a security worker in this office who has already answered the prosecution's questions.
Hysni Gucati and Nasim Haradinaj are staying in custody in The Hague from 25 September 2020, when they were also arrested in Pristina.
Former heads of the KLA War Veterans' Organisation are charged with criminal acts against administration of justice, namely preventing official persons from carrying out official duties, fearing witnesses, revenge, and violating the secret of the procedure.
In the organization they were running, there were several packages allegedly containing documents derived from the Special Prosecutor's Office. All of this they had made public through media conferences and other public presentations.
