Tragedy in Bulgaria: The bus had crossed 113 times the border with false licenses

Company bus “B E SA TRANS”, burned in Bulgaria, has had no license for circulation, while the border has been crossed by the certificate of another bus of this company.

The statement was made by Transport and Links Minister Blagoja Bocvarski, who says the owner has not announced this bus, nor requested a license from the ministry.

According to the minister, bus drivers have not been in business relations with this company.

“Autobus burned with SK028 license plates 4 BA, which has been part of Bulgaria's communications disaster, has not been presented by the owner at the only electronic database at the Ministry of Transport and Links, for which the same bus has not had a license certificate, while travel transportation has used the invalid certificate of another 148x1> bus, said Blagoj Bocvarski, minister of Transport and Links.

Bocvarski said that “Bes Trans” has been obtained the license, while the entire documentation has been handed over to the prosecution to investigate the case.

On the other hand, the Minister of Internal Affairs stated that the burning bus in Bulgaria, which in 2020 has circulated abroad without license.

“According to MPB records in question, in 2020, in 22 cases it implemented entry and exit to the state, while in 2021 it completed 113 state border crossings. This first-time bus was registered in Skopje on October 15th 2020, owned by Besa Trans BTB, while the latest technical search was made to October 05th in 2021” is expressed by Interior Minister Oliver Spasovski, writes AlsatM, broadcasting Klankosova.tv.

Spasovski added that four criminal indictments were filed in 2020 and four in 2021, for disrespect of anti-convidial measures and submitted to judicial procedure. Asked about responsibility for the case in question, ministers Bocvarski and Spasovski said they will testify to the investigations and relevant organs.
