The Office for Registering the Political Party in the CEC has indicated that the second round of elections will be monitored by 10,510 observers.
Yll Buleskaj, executive director of this office, has said that among these observers there are locals and foreigners.
“P conclusion of the process of accrediting it and reaccrediting observers. We have 10,510 observers watching the second round of which, 577 are from the media, 30 from the foreign media, 9,287 observers from political subjects, 50 from diplomatic missions, 319 from local non-governmental organisations, 178 from foreign organisations, and 69 from the Ombudsman's Institute”, Buleskaj said during the CEC meeting one day before the elections.
According to him, there has been no interest in any observer from neighbouring states for the second round of elections.
