As he approached the 44-year-old, he tried to disarm the Albanian and tried to get his gun. There were physical clashes among them. The moment is clearly seen during the physical confrontation, the gun fires and lead captures the store vendor. The 44-year-old remained dead in the country.
The 27-year-old Albanian was identified and arrested within a short time by Greek police after the serious event. He appeared before the tribunal and was accused of murder, robbery, illegal possession and use of a weapon.
