Like Kosovo, neither Serbia nor Bosnia have been invited but did not have traditionally strong and friendly ties with the United States, and especially with the Joe Biden administration as our country had.
100 countries have been invited to this summit, including those that have not had nearly good relations with the US as much as Kosovo.
