This is after Whiting, chief of investigation at The Hague's Specialised Prosecutor's Office, is expected to change his job. French Whitting is among the potential candidates that have been selected, to be named vice-prosecutor at the International Criminal Court.
Unlike Whiting, his colleague in Specialised Chambers Prosecutor David Harbach has already left.
Harbach from October has started working at a lawyer's office in Washington. The Specialised Prosecutor's Office has declined to comment, arguing that they are private prosecutors' cases. But in an answer for RTK has pledged that this will not affect the work of SPS.

Weindeman had left with the argument that American law cannot afford to hold that position longer. And Hong lp left at the time of the files published by O. VL- UCK, it reportedly resigned after receiving a better job offer.
