I don't have a day before I'm part of a group, and I've been Albanian, and I've been up and running the term that we are “magjup or gabel”. There are all kinds of individuals with mental problems, I call it a mental problem, a problem of information, tolerance, and time and work to solve this problem. I experience this problem every time I go out on the street, not only in Kosovo, but everywhere”, he said.
He said the community RAE has little access to institutions, and according to him, integration does not come only from the community RAE but also from the majority.
