Employees of the Directorate General for Combating Organised Crime after receiving the signal have arrested a man from Sofia in connection with the tragic bus accident in Bulgaria, in which 45 people have lost their lives, already seven others have been injured, the Interior Affairs Ministry in Bulgaria has announced.
The man, on Facebook, has published comments concerning the incident, outside the moral and ethical standards, said the MPB's announcement.
Materials have been denounced at the District Prosecutor's Office in Sofia for criminal acts, based on Article 462 of the Penal Code for spreading hatred on nationalist grounds via electronic system.
