According to the communiqué, Pahor will have a visit to Serbia on Sunday, meanwhile on Monday will be in Kosovo, foreign media reports report.
He is expected at a meeting by Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani and Prime Minister Albin Kurti.
Meanwhile, in Serbia on Sunday he will meet with Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vuciq.
