The Kosovo Assembly today will vote for the election of members of the Independent Commission Board for Mining and Minerals.
MP PDK's Ferat Shala, has said that members of this commission are invited to the prime minister's office and interviewed by the latter.
Shala has asked Minister Haxhiu to respond as he said he was minister, as a lawyer, but also as a mother whether it is intervention in justice.
He said that one case when the prime minister personally interviewed members of independent commissions, there has never been.
I sincerely request an answer from Justice Minister, as minister, as a lawyer but also as a mother. Is it intervention if Prime Minister Kurti invites to his office, interviews members of the Independent Commission who are now voting as the Independent Commission to emerge after a transparent process. What justice is here, when the prime minister calls to his office, the independent members we have today vote for. I've never heard that the Prime Minister has invited the members of the regulatory commissions, invites them, interviews”, Shala said.
In that question, it has not answered - at least so far - Minister Haxhiu. /Periscopi
