Shaban says they have doubts based on manipulation with votes in Dragash

“These envelopes have the same writing, same color, and have been sent almost simultaneously to the post office which cannot be coincidence. We accept the outcome of the elections, but it is unacceptable to be fulfilled by an individual or two to change the will of the citizens of the Dragas municipality, and I don't know why the LDK is fearing the demand of this investigation as there is a right to complaint from a political subject when there are 72 hours in question if the demand is dropped as groundless then we respect the decision of citizens”

“We have not raised this issue initially was from the media, while now it is also known by members of the CEC who have already made the decision to investigate”.

Shaban in “Info Magazine” said how the PDK would deplete all legal opportunities to bring to light the manipulation of votes by mail.

Even observers who have participated in the count case have found that these allegations are true because the envelopes are complete with the same writing and, based on this, the lawyer has already filed a complaint at PZAP and we expect that within 72 hours they will return an answer. As the Democratic Party of Kosovo, we have decided that this process will go to the end with the sole goal of clarifying the electoral process, since each vote is valid”.

We are now at the level of investigations with many arguments and believe that PZAP will give a merit decision based on our complaint, if eventually the decision made by the PZAP will not be met those requirements that we have submitted will continue to the Supreme Court.

And we have no doubts about the votes of persons with special needs, even in conditional votes, that's about 208 votes, and even these can reverse the outcome. But, in these, I have no remarks, but in the vote by mail, we are allegations based”, Shaban said.
