Although reporting seems commonplace, like others, it includes very disturbing details.
Police report that a man had had sexual relations with a woman, reporting the case as a violation.
But the wonder comes when police say that “with the prosecutor's decision”, the parties have been released and the case goes merely in regular procedure.
It is not known how a person suspected of committing sexual assault can be released.

“DHUNIM-Skenderaj 01.11,2021 The Kosovo male suspect has been arrested, since he had had sexual relations with the Kosovo female victim at home. With the prosecutor's decision, after the interview the parties have been released and the case goes into regular procedure”, police have announced.
