He's the first arrested by Special Chambers.
In the indictment issued by the Special Court, following Salih Mustaf's arrest, he allegedly committed crimes during the recent war in Kosovo.
Mustafa is accused of arbitrary bans, cruel treatment, torture and unlawful murder, which according to this indictment allegedly took place at a detention camp in the village of Zlath in Pristina.
According to the indictment confirmed on June 12th 2020, Salih Mustafa-commander Cali is being charged as superior to the BIA unit, which had 500-600 members, were mainly operating in large urban areas such as Pristina and Obiliki, and around those areas, as well as in the Gollac region in which the village of Zlach is located.
