During this meeting, representatives of the SBASK have claimed to have made a lot of effort to start union meetings with representatives of institutions in order to get first-hand information about the fate of the Law of Pays and that they enjoy this meeting with Minister Svecla, whose ministry is also sponsor of the Law of Pays.
“They have conveyed all the concerns of membership, remembering that in the absence of long-term dialogue the requirements were to be started with union action. According to the announcement, Minister Svecla has reportedly declared that he is working on the Law of Pays and that it is thought that the initial phase would be carried out earlier, but it has been seen that there should be increased caution so that no concessions can be made again, which would affect even after the Parliament vote, the Constitution will find concessions and return the law, which would add frustration to the parties.
